Ok so I have to do this. I have to get the mandatory introduction posts in, no matter how much I despise them. They killed the flow of my last blog and I’ll be damned if this goes the way of that rubbish. I plan on throwing in background on me at random intervals in the future but I suppose it couldn’t hurt to talk about where I intend to take this blog right now.
Basically while the title suggests that this blog will offer nothing but Felix worship (and trust me there will be plenty of that), I will cover the entire Seattle sports spectrum as every team contributes a little piece to the broken shell of a man that I have become. That being said there is one team that crushes my spirits a little bit better than all the others and I will give you a hint to who they might be: I have worked for the Seattle Mariners since 2004. That’s right I have attended approximately 120 terrible games over the last 3 years, along with about 5 good ones. I do admit though I’m a glutton for the pain and I can’t see my life without these bastards. More on that later but let’s get back to the topic on hand.
The general flow of this site is going to go like this baring any unforeseen events: Daily Link Dumps, Game Threads, Which I imagine will compose of me talking to myself for the first few months, followed by irate ramblings and finally a post game wrap-up that will contain a semi unique gimmick that is to be determined in the future, with a collection of game photographs thrown in there for good measure. Suggestions of course are appreciated and will be duly noted.
So with that I’m going to leave this distracting post to rot away in the bowels of hell.
